If we need more than 4 hours of hands-on work, we scope a second-incident invoice. But the 4-hour halt + postmortem is firm.

Is this legal advice?

No. We’re a software intervention team, not a law firm. If the incident involves liability or an Anthropic TOS dispute, you need a lawyer, not us.

Do you access my API keys?

Only if you voluntarily share them during the screen-share. Preferred: you drive, we guide. Keys stay with you.

Can I buy Rescue proactively before an incident?

No. Rescue is explicitly post-incident. For proactive monitoring, the Subagent Cost Guard waitlist is the right move.

Refund policy?

Full refund if we miss the 4-hour postmortem from first reply. 50% refund if the incident is unresolved after 4 hours. Otherwise the $299 is non-refundable once we’ve halted your incident. Standard Septim 30-day satisfaction window still applies.
